Hanson Dodge—an AdAge Best Places to Work agency for 2021 and 2022—is seeking a seasoned leader for our Data & Analytics team.
We’re looking for someone with boundless curiosity who has a penchant for problem-solving and identifying patterns in large datasets. HD’s Associate Director of Data and Analytics will have a strong background in logical thinking, expertise in the management of large datasets, the ability to solve business questions via visualization of data in dashboards, and an enthusiasm for making an impact on our clients’ businesses. They’ll work closely with media strategy teams and account leaders to construct insightful client reports, as well as build tools and solutions that improve the overall efficiency of day-to-day internal operations.
Qualified candidates will be experts in Google Analytics, Big Query, Trifacta (or similar data prep software), Python, AMS, and SQL. Candidates will have a solid understanding of the data structures of advertising platforms such as Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
