Key responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of the business plan to deliver the assigned business revenue targets.
- Develop client relationships and lead marketing engagement with clients and partners in the corporate sector.
- Understanding clients’ business challenges, for example in areas of product development, sales, & marketing, and consumer retention to provide customized mobile marketing solutions.
- Conduct negotiations to determine contract terms and ensure profitable deals.
- Manage the implementation stage to ensure delivery of results to the clients.
- Ability to multi-task and process/manage multiple marketing campaigns in parallel.
- Drive pre-sales activities with existing and potential clients across different verticals, to build a solid business funnel.
Key Requirements
- Sales and business development experience are strongly favored.
- Have a growth mindset and an approach that’s flexible and open.
- Understanding of brands and their relationship with customers.
- Excellent presentation and written skills.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, client relationship, and campaign management skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
- A goal-oriented individual with the ability to work under pressure.
- A degree from a recognized university or professional qualification in CIM / SLIM will be an added advantage.
